loadingMiss Nigin Ayeen has worked for several profit and non-profit organizations. She worked as an Executive Secretary to the Indonesian Embassy in Kabul, Trainer, and Project Supervisor for several projects on business development for female entrepreneurs. In her experience, she primarily focused on women’s education and economic empowerment and has broad experience in leading, organizing, and managing various capacity-building programs, workshops, and projects for Afghan women and youths. she is working closely with AWCCI and is committed to protecting women’s rights and also works for civil society empowerment through education and entrepreneurship programs. She holds a degree in International Relations with a focus on International Security and Diplomacy and owns a small trading company.

Development Practitioner
Shoaib A. Rahim is a development practitioner, university lecturer, and founder of Majeed Zabuli Center for Economic Research and Policy Analysis. His area of expertise covers various aspects of regional integration, trade and macroeconomic policies with a special focus on Afghan economy (private sector development, transit trade, and fiscal policy), Central Asia – South Asia connectivity, and economic cooperation. He is the author of numerous research reports, journal articles, newspaper op- ads, and policy briefs. His work has been published in English, Pashto, Hindi, Dari, and Russian languages.

Public Relations Professional
Khalyla Harito is a marketing, and public relations professional as well as a reading activist and bookseller. She worked for a large media group in marketing and events for various Sunday newspapers. During her role there she was awarded one of the RCP Prestige Women of the Year Awards as she invented a platform where women were honored for their achievements annually. Currently, she is an online book and gift, business owner. She was an affiliate partner for KabulReads in Afghanistan promoting the importance of reading books. She is also an activist for Afghan women's rights and education, a voice for those that cannot speak for themselves. She is a patron for the Tomorrows Hope Orphanage in Kabul. Helping others especially women and children in need has always been something close to her heart.

Founder
Hameedullah Vali has studied Masters of Business Administration at American University of Afghanistan. He is also worked with PDI M&E Development Office of American University of Afghanistan. He has managed and trained several Clubs including debate, gender, business, and self-development. Around 500 students have been graduated from these trainings and clubs. Hameedullah has organized several debate tournaments and debate rounds in Afghanistan including debate rounds in embassies and international organizations. Furthermore, he has created a network of volunteers in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. He has implemented consecutive donation programs for more than 2000 families in different provinces. He has served in various capacities in the government and the private sector in Afghanistan. Hameedullah Vali was the Senior Advisor to Ministry of Industry and Commerce. He has also worked as a CEO of an international business company, Abdullah Ansari Group of Companies. Furthermore, Hameedullah Vali is also the Vice President of Khoshal BABA (think-tank). This movement is operating for the developments of youths, democracy, government support and general awareness, and has conducted around 370 consecutive session in past 7 years.
