About Us

Afghan National Aid and Humanitarian Organization ANAHO is a non-profit organization registered with Ministry of Economy in 2022. ANAHO is initiated by a group of Afghans who have long been experiencing the Afghan turmoil themselves. We plan to become a pioneer in humanitarian assistance and reach out the underserved Afghan communities across Afghanistan.

Our Vision

We envision an Afghan Society whereby every Afghan specifically women and children in underserved communities would have the access to livelihood, education and decent job opportunities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reach out the underserved communities and initiated demand driven programs as per the priorities of the communities so as to accomplish our strategic goals. ANAHO want to give every Afghan specially underserved communities the livelihood facilities, education and job opportunities enjoyed by fellow citizens. Amongst underserved communities ANAHO focus on women empowerment and child protection.

Our Goal

To enhance people’s access to their basic needs of justice, education and health. To support CSOs for positive changes in organizational performances, program and service delivery procedures. To introduce feasible, effective and efficient innovative interventions ultimately supporting community development.

Our Work

Women’s Empowerment Through Education and Employment Opportunities, Child Protection and Empowerment, Rayan Subhan Private School, and Emergency and Food Relief are core activities of ANAHO. Since the beginning of our organization’s work, we have launched a program called “From Training to Employment” for girls. At the same time, we also have distributed food packages and pieces of bread to poor people in the Bamiyan, Nangarhar, and Kabul provinces. The Rayan Orphanage is another of our core works that include Child Protection and Empowerment and Rayan Subhan Private School contexts.
