Women Empowerment Through Education and Employment Opportunities

“From Training to Employment in six months” Program. After the regime change in August 2021, Afghan women have suffered tremendously due to joblessness and education system being halted completely. We designed this short term training for Afghan women to give them the skills in graphic design, digital marketing, web design. Our next plan is to give them internships and also link them to online companies for projects in graphics design and digital marketing. Our ultimate goal in this project is to empower and enable Afghan Women to earn decently from home. The training program is covered in six months which consists of a three-month training and three-month internship session. After the training session the qualified candidates will be immediately by ANAHO. Currently we have started two classes admitting a total of 95 students who were selected from 500 shortlisted candidates. Our plan is to increase this number to 200 students in April 2022. We plan to expand the program across Afghanistan in 34 provinces.
